I have already been to the new site and it looks like it will be better. There are stronger regulations against abuse and things too, so it will be a better place for everyone

Are you going to be starting out new, or will the posts from this forum be transferred to the new site?

Don't worry Henry, the new site will be much better. I have already checked it out and it will even give us a chance to meet people from Europe. Pretty cool

Aura they won't be transfered over, but if there are any things you have said that are very important you can always go into edit the post, and save it in a file on your computer. Then later you can add it to the new forum. I will be doing the same for some of the articles I have put on here. Lol I don't save anything I write so I will have to do it.

Hopefully i can answer this one for you. This site has decided to move to a more secure professionally hosted board that the members of this forum deserve. This will be the last move and was decided on, because of the chance to better itself. Register on the new forum, it will be ready in a week or so to go live, this forum needs good members like yourself to help it grow. Be a part of the new forum so it grows with us.

with this version of forum being used at the moment, ( bear in mind that it is officially being retired by the scriptwriters this year ) and the fact it is a free version, the data cannot be copied over to the new board, which is why the decision was made to migrate to a newer board sooner rather than later. Remember this forum is only in its early stages of life, and has great potential to progress to become "the place to be" . Best transferring in the early stages and lose a little than wait a while and lose a lot

poolmako on the new site there will be no ranking. Henry it could have been worse if you had more like 1000 posts. Remember people the more people and messages we get on the new forum and we seem to be easily getting 2000 post a month which will be easily continued on the new forum
